To process and confirm bookings, dispatch drivers, contact you about your trip, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell your information to anyone.

4. Services We Use

Our online booking form is delivered to us by email through EmailJS, and booking details are also sent to the business owner as a private notification through Telegram. Our contact form uses FormSubmit. These are third-party services, and data is sent over HTTPS and used only to respond to your booking or enquiry. Address suggestions and route estimates on the booking page use Google Maps, and we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used.

5. Your Rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting merredintaxis@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
